Job Description:
Day to Day:
An employer is looking for a highly skilled maintenance engineer to join one of our largest national general contractor clients. In this role you’ll drive to different locations and handle various tickets and maintenance requests. Any prior experience with general HVAC and maintenance requests will help you be successful in this role. You must be comfortable driving up to 2 hours outside of Milwaukee to service clients, but you can use their company van, or use your own vehicle and will be reimbursed for miles driven.
Some things you can expect to do:
· Perform routine and preventative maintenance on building equipment and systems.
· Coordinate and oversee vendor work.
· Perform general repairs/adjustments to building systems, lighting, and plumbing.
Job Requirements:
· Must have general maintenance experience in the operation of commercial buildings and equipment.
· High School Degree or equivalent.
· Participate in on-call, after-hours and weekend rotation.
· Basic computer skills.
· Excellent verbal communication skills and a helpful attitude when interacting with building occupants.
· Valid driver's license, clear driving record, basic knowledge of computer applications and ability to lift 100 lbs.
· Ability to work from a ladder, work overhead, smell smoke and other chemicals and be able to work outside in a variety of weather conditions.

· Have a knowledge of HVAC systems and ability to make needed adjustments and general repairs.
· Microsoft 365 Software experience.
· Have healthcare experience.
