We are currently seeking to hire an experienced and organized Digital & Creative Project Manager to lead and coordinate various projects across departments. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and in alignment with business objectives. The selected candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution.
• Lead project teams through all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Monitor and report on progress, identifying and resolving issues and risks.
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Prepare and deliver regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience (industry-specific experience is preferred).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Workfront, Asana, Jira, or Trello.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
