Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager (TPM) with a strong background in AI-driven applications, private banking domain knowledge, and native mobile app development. The ideal candidate will also have experience in designing workflow-driven platforms that integrate middle and back-office operations to streamline client servicing and internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the product strategy for AI-enabled solutions in the private banking sector.
• Own the product lifecycle — from ideation and roadmap planning to delivery and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, UX, compliance, and operations teams to deliver seamless native iOS/Android mobile experiences.
• Design solutions that optimize workflows between middle and back office teams to enhance operational efficiency and client servicing.
• Translate complex banking processes into intuitive, user-focused digital solutions.
• Drive integration of AI/ML models into client-facing and operational tools.
• Gather detailed requirements from stakeholders, including bankers, compliance teams, and IT.
• Work closely with UI/UX teams to ensure best-in-class mobile experiences tailored for high-net-worth clients.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, governance, and data security requirements.
• Monitor KPIs and customer feedback to continuously improve the product.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years as a Product Manager, with at least 3 years in a technical PM role.
• Proven experience in private banking or wealth management.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their practical application in banking.
• Experience in native mobile app development (iOS and/or Android).
• Hands-on exposure to workflow engines, BPM systems, or middle-to-back office process automation.
• Excellent understanding of financial regulations, data privacy, and security in banking environments.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical background (B.Tech, B.E., or equivalent; MBA is a plus).
• Experience working with platforms like Power Platform, ServiceNow, Pega, or similar.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks, data governance, and private cloud infrastructure.
• Experience launching client-facing apps in a regulated industry.
