Job Description ::

- Develop Tableau dashboards and reports that meet business requirements.

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Tableau reports, dashboards, and processes.

- Design and implement data visualizations to effectively communicate insights.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective visualizations.
Data Management:
-
- Establish connections to various data sources (databases, spreadsheets, etc.).
-
- Prepare data for use in Tableau, including data cleansing, transformation, and aggregation.

- Develop and maintain Tableau data sources and extracts.
Technical Skills:
-
- Proficiency in Tableau software (Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server).

- Knowledge of SQL and other database languages.

- Experience with data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
Ability to identify and resolve performance issues in Tableau dashboards and reports

Key Requirements
- Experience with Agile Software development (SAFe preferred)
- Experience with JIRA and JIRA Align
- Experience with SDLC
- Project Management Program Increment Planning, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, and Daily Sprint Management
- Capacity and velocity analysis
- Coordination and planning with development & delivery
- Ability to manage a multi-function team and prioritize core requirements for MES validation
- Strong written and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate to colleagues at all levels
- Experience with Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance Operations & GxP regulation

Requirements:

- Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes (Solid oral dose and packaging preferred)

- Ability to process map site requirements using Microsoft Visio or alike software
- Ability to work with site SMEs to turn paper batch records into EBRs in Rockwell Pharmasuite utilizing existing functionality
- Ability to work with site SMEs to turn existing EBRs in legacy systems (P2C2, PMX, etc.) into Rockwell Pharmasuite EBRs utilizing existing functionality
- Ability to design Building Blocks that can be reused in multiple processes
- Ability to author requirements, SPEC, and validation documents
- Ability to test an EBR full functionality in a compliant manner
- Ability to work in a fast paced agile team environment
Roles & Responsibilities

- Participates in fit gap analysis & Process Modeling & process standardization with Area lead & Process SME
- Works with lead RA to develop BB requirements
- Provide times, user story point estimates, and status for all stories assigned to them
- Authors and performs documents supporting validation of EBRs
- Configures EBR in Development, Stage, & Production Environment
- Address Site specific questions, use cases and ER from Site EBR and PO
- Works across the teams to put requirement together for ER development
- Provide HyperCare and Go-live support
Digital Integration Lead
(1 Opening, Europe, Italy preferred, Start July 1, 2025)
Key Requirements
- Work closely with Site team responsible for manufacturing equipment to provide technical guidance and support in the integration of equipment for Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
- Responsible for the MES integration pack, roadmap and deliverables. Liaise with site engineering leads and automation engineers.
- Strong experience with MES & Automation systems.
- Facilitating and continuing regular Agile planning for MES integration
- Analysis and solving of technical issues related to the MES integration.
- Manage activities of URS/FRS generation, software configuration/coding and general oversight to the MES software documentation practices
- A thorough understanding of system cGMP requirements and demonstrable knowledge of computer system design and maintenance lifecycle in cGMP environments.
- Liaise where necessary with MES platform provider, engineering contractor, and equipment vendors on the lifecycle of document preparation, approval, coding, and delivery
PI Engineer/Equipment and Alarms integration
2 PI Historian Engineers - Europe (1 Local/Able to travel regularly). Start July 2025
Key Requirements
- Identify equipment requirements for PI integration
- Alarms management requirement gathering
- Assisting in creating and implementing of Global integration standards
- Contributing to regular Agile plannning and deliverables
- Creation, qualification and implementation of Asset Framework (AF) & Event Frame (EF) templates to enable contextualizatoin of data
- Provide support and guidance for site automation and MES integration team
