Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $21.54 - $26.93 / hour
- Hybrid role with some nights and weekends
Summary The Social Media Coordinator will write, review, and edit marketing material and coordinate social media activities for Lee Health. This role will work collaboratively with staff from across the organization to promote their goals and messages while maintaining and aligning with corporate message and image. This person will play a pivotal role in executing and refining Lee Healths credibility by creating integrated marketing campaigns ensuring consistency in voice and brand. This position is 80% travel and 20% onsite.
Requirements Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in social media marketing, content creation or related experience. Experience managing communications through website planning, management, and production. Web publishing experience.
Certification: N/A
License: Valid Florida Drivers License.
Other: Technical knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, metrics, and tracking.
Proficiency in navigating and utilizing various social media platforms and analytics tools.
Exceptional understanding of social media KPIs.
Familiarity with social media algorithms, trends, and updates to adapt strategies accordingly.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies to streamline workflows and ensure efficient collaboration among team members.
Ability to manage the pressure of meeting tight deadlines.
Exceptional knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices.
Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles and techniques to optimize social media content for visibility.
Ability to work evenings and weekends for events requiring social media coverage.
