Key Responsibilities Serve as the liaison between the client (FIFA) and our team, managing contracts and deliverables. Coordinate the procurement and delivery of IT equipment, including units and pallets, within specified timeframes. Conduct weekly meetings with FIFA, maintain raid logs, and document meeting minutes with actions and owners. Manage client relationships, handle stressful situations professionally, and maintain trust by delivering on commitments. Drive logistics operations, escalate issues as needed, and take ownership of deliverables. Requirements Experience in Service Delivery or high-end Project Management roles. ITIL certification. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to handle stress, and build trust with clients. Ability to work independently and drive tasks to completion.
