We take pride in creating a safe, welcoming environment for our customers and staff.Position Summary:We are seeking a professional and attentive Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of our dispensary. The ideal candidate is reliable, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a cannabis retail environment.Key Responsibilities:Greet and check in customers upon arrivalMonitor security cameras (CCTV) and report any suspicious activityProvide excellent customer service while maintaining a secure atmosphereEnforce dispensary policies and ensure compliance with state regulationsRespond calmly and effectively to incidents or emergenciesMaintain a strong, visible presence at the entrance and on the premisesQualifications:Must be at least 21 years oldMust have a valid and active California Guard CardPrevious experience in security or customer service preferredStrong communication and observational skillsAbility to remain calm and professional in high-stress situationsMust be able to stand for extended periods and work various shifts, including weekends and eveningsCompensation:Competitive hourly pay based on experience.How to Apply:Submit your resume along with proof of your California Guard Card.
