We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated
Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
What You'll Do: - Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets for new and used vehicles.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes to maximize profitability and market share.
- Coach and train sales team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Work closely with the finance and service departments to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience. Maintain a strong understanding of current market trends, product updates, and competitor activities.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and ethical work environment.
What You'll Bring: - Proven track record of success as a Sales Manager in the automotive industry (minimum of 2-5 years preferred).
- Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills. .
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of the automotive sales process and best practices.
- Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategic plans.
- Proficiency in using CRM and other sales management tools.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Familiarity with Chevrolet and Cadillac products is a plus.
- Candidates must have a current State of Colorado Sales License.
- Residency in or willingness to relocate to the Greeley, Colorado area.
