About The Role

PMMC is seeking a Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of small to mid-sized healthcare software implementation projects across our solutions portfolio. Reporting to the VP of Operations, this role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client and business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end implementation of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with client goals, timelines, and regulatory standards.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines while monitoring progress and adjusting as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams including data, contracting, operations, product, and development.
• Serve as the primary client contact, driving engagement and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify risks early, resolve issues proactively, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Lead regular status meetings, deliver progress reports, and provide executive summaries for stakeholders.
• Follow established communication standards and best practices to ensure consistent and successful project outcomes.
• Understand and forecast project revenue milestones for accurate planning.
• Learn and utilize Wrike and other tools to support project execution.
• Support departmental goals and adhere to EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) standards

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of experience in software implementations, support, or healthcare revenue cycle.
• PMP certification preferred or actively pursuing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SQL and Microsoft Project is a plus.
• Strong multitasking abilities with proven project management and time-management skills.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at all organizational levels.
• Ability to drive process adherence, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

What We Look For

We're looking for a proactive communicator with strong organizational skills, experience in healthcare and software projects, and a commitment to client satisfaction. PMP certification (or progress toward it) is preferred. This role also supports continuous improvement efforts by maintaining PMO best practices and contributing to team objectives.
