Functions of the Position: Project Manager in Lubbock

  • Oversee all phases of construction projects from planning to completion
  • Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules in coordination with stakeholders
  • Coordinate and supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel
  • Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
  • Monitor progress and prepare regular reports for clients and senior management
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
  • Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and services
  • Resolve issues, delays, and unforeseen problems quickly and effectively
  • Liaise with architects, engineers, inspectors, and local authorities as needed
  • Track project costs and manage invoices, payments, and change orders
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure standards and specifications are met
  • Lead regular site meetings and provide clear communication across all parties
