Position Summary Location: Austin, Texas, US (Hybrid) We are seeking an experienced and motivated Professional Services Partner Program and Project Manager to join our team. This role involves developing and managing our partner program, focusing on professional services partnerships. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive partner engagement, ensure successful program implementation, and build strong relationships with our professional services partners. As a project manager, you will oversee customer project delivery by coordinating experts, managing scope, planning, quality, and monitoring profitability. Key Responsibilities Program Management: Develop, implement, and manage the professional services partner program strategy to foster mutual growth. Identify and onboard strategic partners that align with our goals and add value for clients. Define partner program requirements, benefits, and performance metrics with internal teams. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, serving as the main contact for program support. Monitor and report on partner program performance using key metrics. Develop partner training and enablement resources. Align partner business goals with our offerings through collaborative efforts. Stay informed on industry trends and the partner ecosystem to identify new opportunities. Resolve partner issues promptly to maintain satisfaction. Project Management: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with clients. Create detailed project plans including tasks, timelines, resources, and budgets. Conduct project kick-offs and assemble project teams. Guide team members throughout the project lifecycle. Track progress, milestones, and timelines. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies. Manage scope, schedule, and resources, and communicate changes. Maintain regular client communication and manage expectations. Ensure quality standards and client requirements are met. Monitor budgets and resource utilization. Conduct post-project evaluations and create closure reports. Minimum Qualifications At least 8 years of relevant experience in professional services, preferably in IT security. Extensive experience in professional services, pre-sales, or customer support operations. Over 5 years of project management experience, including managing IT security projects with budgets over 500k€. Proven systems integration and implementation experience. Experience delivering solutions in large enterprises. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and the professional services landscape. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute partner strategies. Results-driven with a history of exceeding goals. Analytical skills for assessing program performance. Strong project management and organizational skills. Proficiency in CRM and partner management tools, especially Salesforce.
