Job Description Summary: In partnership with the chief of staff, the Practice Manager manages daily operations to enable the medical team to focus on delivering high-quality veterinary care. Employment Type: Full-Time Required Education/Licenses: Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred, or equivalent education, training, and experience. Required Experience: At least three years of related experience, including supervisory experience in healthcare, veterinary, or service industries. A Day in the Life of a Banfield Practice Manager: The role involves interviewing, hiring, developing associates, evaluating hospital processes, and training staff on hospital services and client education.
