RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop detailed piping drawings based on specifications and work order instructions. Ensure design products and engineering deliverables conform to engineering design and customer specifications. Prepare Bills of Material (BOM). Consult with vendors on project-related activities. Coordinate design criteria with engineering, manufacturing, tooling, material, and planning groups, considering ease of manufacture, material availability, and contractual specifications.

REQUIREMENTS:

Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modeling using Ship Constructor, Nupas Cadmatic, Inventor, and CATIA software. Strong understanding of piping design principles in the shipbuilding industry. Ability to prepare accurate and detailed Bills of Material (BOM). Effective communication and collaboration skills. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
