We are searching for a PARTS COUNTER RECEPTIONIST to join our growing operations at our Reserve, Louisiana location. YOU The Parts Counter Receptionist reports directly to the branch Parts Manager and provides the highest level of customer service to visitors, customers, and other employees. This person will have a friendly but professional demeanor. The primary focus of the position is to greet walk-in customers, answer the phone, and direct calls. The Parts Counter Receptionist will be seated at the parts counter and will have the knowledge and ability to assist the Parts Counter Sales team when necessary. YOUR CONTRIBUTION Provide a pleasant and professional greeting to customers as they enter the branch. Professionally and efficiently answer phone calls to the branch and direct/transfer calls as required. Ensure that walk-in and telephone customers are receiving quality customer service. Assist the Parts Counter Sales team as needed. Regularly clean and disinfect counters, door handles, and other commonly touched surfaces Responsible for keeping the coffee service area clean and well stocked. Promote a GREAT+ customer experience. Demonstrate and promote Company core values of Integrity, Teamwork, Respect, Quality and Customer Service. YOUR VALUE You will be the first point of contact for many customers at Louisiana Cat. You will provide administrative support to the Parts and Service departments. You will support a culture of professionalism and open interactive team communication with a focus on a sense of urgency. You will meet or exceed the customers' expectations as well as the company's initiatives and maintain Caterpillar's standards of excellence. MOST IMPORTANT QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: High School Diploma REQUIRED: 2+ years of relevant experience REQUIRED: Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite REQUIRED: Superior level of professionalism and outstanding communication and customer service skills JOB FACTS SCHEDULE: Full time. Monday Friday 8am-5pm some Saturdays 8am-12pm. This position will participate in the Branch's "On-Call" rotation. Specifics will be discussed during interview.
