Summary

As a Sales Manager at Daystar Auto Group, you will play a pivotal role in leading our sales team to achieve excellence in automotive sales. This position is essential for driving revenue growth and enhancing customer satisfaction while fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals.

• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while maintaining profitability.
• Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales performance and customer interactions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
• Familiarity with technical sales concepts is a plus.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
