Job Description
Entry-level nursing assistants, caregivers, working parents, teachers, and retirees are encouraged to apply. Our PCAs provide care, support, and behavioral management to students throughout the school day. PCAs assist students with classroom behavior, navigation, toileting, feeding, and ambulatory needs.
As a CritiCare PCA, you will be matched to a student in need through your individual strengths, interests, skills, and experience. We will never place you in a role outside of your comfort level and pride ourselves on our individualized matching process. All resumes will be reviewed personally by our team!

Requirements:
Current PA CNA certification (preferred)
CPR certification
PPD or Chest X-ray for TB screening results
Background checks (PA Criminal, FBI Fingerprints & PA Child Abuse)
References upon Request
At least 1 Year of Caregiving/Pediatric Care Experience (preferred)

CritiCare's on-site team will educate you and give you the support that you need to be successful in our School PCA Services Division. *All qualified candidates will be considered!* We take an individualized approach when it comes to job placement and never place a PCA in a position outside of their scope of skills.
