Manage Inventory & Vendor Relations – Oversee ordering, purchasing, and sourcing from local purveyors to maintain product quality, inventory accuracy, and cost efficiency. Drive Efficiency & Financial Performance – Manage administrative tasks, reporting via Restaurant 365, and ensure proper equipment maintenance while troubleshooting production and logistics challenges. Innovate & Elevate the Menu – Collaborate on seasonal recipe development, incorporating local and cultural influences to enhance both in-house dining and catering offerings. General Manager Qualifications 3+ years of management experience in high-volume restaurants or cafés. Strong leadership in training, motivation, and team retention. Expertise in operations, inventory, and vendor management. Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Excellent problem-solving, organization, and communication skills.
