Affiliated with STARR Restaurants,  Pastis Miami   is an expansive 8,000-square-foot restaurant, inclusive of a stunning outdoor space with an enclosed pergola, adorned by black locust, welcomes guests to enjoy exceptional French fare no matter the weather. The interior includes many design elements that the original location is known and loved for, such as a curved zinc bar, white subway tiles, red banquettes, vintage mirrors with handwritten daily specials, and mosaic-tiled floors.

  We are seeking well-rounded Bartenders with strong wine knowledge and experience in making classic and craft cocktails with care, consistency, and pride.

The desired candidate will have:   

• 1+ years of experience as a bartender or mixologist in an upscale high-volume restaurant  
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player personality  

• A strong understanding of wine varietals and craft and classic cocktails  
• Willingness to take direction and desire to learn and grow within the industry.  
• Professional, polished, and personable demeanor  
• Previous experience with French cuisine is a plus!
