Se solicita Asistente de Manager de preferencia con experiencia, de no tener expericencia aqui les ofrecemos entrenamiento. Horario mañanas y tardes (horario flexible) y tambien se ofrece tiempo extra pagado., Asistente de Manager reporta directamente al General Manager.. El manager se encarga de la supervision de los empleados (back and front of the house). y de que se cumplan los estandares de calidad de IHOP. Este es un llugar excelente para trabajar,, amigable y de respeto a los empleados.
Responsabilidades:
- Desarollar y mantener rellaciones profesionales con todos los niveles de empleados de la organizacion.
- Manejar el frente del restauarant con particular cuidado en el contacto con los clientes. Manejar cualquier reclamo de los clientes de una manera profesional.
- Seguir y hacer cumplir las normas de preparacion de comida,, medidas de seguridad y limpieza de acuerdo a los estandares de operacion de IHOP.
- Completar todos los reportes requeridos a tiempo y de forma adecuada.
